Dr. D. M. Mithani has teaching experience of over five decades serving in India at the University of Mumbai and the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). He is currently teaching at OYA Business School at Universiti Utara Malaysia, which is considered Asia’s largest campus. He is also a Visiting Faculty at Prince of Songkhla University, Hatyai, Thailand and Thaksin University, Thailand.

Dr. Mithani is a prolific author of academic books on business & economics and is credited with more than 5o active published works. He has contributed to several research papers in the domain of International Economics published in the National and International Journals.

Mr. Shariar Karim was formerly an in flight Supervisor with Air India for 38 years and has to his credits 26 opportunities to operate V.V.I.P. flights. He has conducted several training programme for airline personnel in both public and private sectors at the Air India Staff College and trained cabin crew for 17 years at In flight Training and Development Centre.

Currently, he is a Motivational Speaker, Soft-Skills Trainer and Image Management Consultant for several Multinational companies and corporate honchos. He regularly conducts Soft-Skills Orientation Programme at various management institutes in India. He is also Chief Mentor at Soft Skills Development Centre at HKIMSR and has driven the Soft Skills initiative successfully on the campus for both staff and students.

Mr. Devarajan R is the Director – Human Resources at one of the world’s topmost hedge funds company GlobeOp Financial Services. He has earlier worked with IDBI Bank and has many accolades to his credit. Recently, he has been selected as one of the top 50 HR Managers in a survey conducted by Great Places to Work magazine.

He is a prolific teacher and a teacher trainer, who teaches regularly at many B-Schools in Mumbai and India and regularly conducts training programme for management teachers to develop teaching style attuned to the needs of 21st century management teaching.

Vidya has over 16 years of enriching experience in the domain of training. She has worked across various industry segments in the training department. Starting with Leela Group, she has worked with, ICICI Prudential Insurance Company Limited, Mphasis, Hewlett Packard, Accenture, Levi Strauss before joining CISCO. At CISCO, she is the Talent Officer for India and is responsible for identifying and nurturing aspiring talents within and outside CISCO, who are eager and capable of contributing to the growth of CISCO India.

Over 26 years of winning experience with three of the world’s largest Information Services, Education Technology and Publishing companies – Orient Longman (now Orient Blackswan), Oxford University Press, India and Taylor & Francis Group India. Over 4 years of Senior Management experience as a Managing Director and 10+ years of managing Sales and Marketing operations for Oxford University Press – Educational Division in the India-SAARC region.

He is a Visiting Faculty to various management institutions across India and conducts financial trainings on specialized modules critical for capital market operations.
