Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure:

Maharashtra Educational Society’s H. K. Institute of Management Studies & Research (Mumbai) conducts 2 years Full Time Master of Management Studies (MMS) course

There are 3 category seats in MMS Programme where admissions are carried out under the strict guidelines laid down by the Competent Authority through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) and within the last date for admission as decided by the Admission Regulating Authority.

1. Open Category: Admission to Open Category seats for both Maharashtra State Category and All India will be carried out by the Competent Authority through Centralized Admission Process (CAP).

2. Minority Category: Admission to the Hindi Speaking Minority Community seats will be carried out by the Competent Authority through Centralised Admission Process (CAP).

   STEPS TO FOLLOW:

   Candidates selected through CAP are required to apply to the Institute for admission need to fill application form through offline or online mode.

   • Offline: Admission form is available from institute office on cash payment of Rs. 1500 (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only). Duly filled application form with two sets of photo copies of the required documents to be submitted to the institute office.
   • Online: Application form is available on our website www.hkimsr.edu.in. You need to fill in the application form and submit online. Download the duly filled application form and submit the hard copy of the same along with two sets of photo copies of the required documents with cash or demand draft of Rs. 1500 (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) drawn in favour of H. K. Institute of Management Studies & Research payable at Mumbai.
3. Institute Level Category: Admission to the Institute Level Seats will be carried out by the Institute in the following manner:
   • Candidates are required to register through ARC for Minority Seats. It is pre-requisite and mandatory to apply to the Competent Authority to be eligible for admission under this quota.
   • Post registering with ARC, candidates are required to apply to the Institute for admission. Admission form is available from institute office and on our website www.hkimsr.edu.in
   • Candidates can submit application form Offline or Online (as above) and submit the hard copy of the application form along with two sets of photo copies of the required documents and admission process fee on or before the last date for submission of admission form. Form received without application processing fee will not be considered for admission.
   • Institute will carry out the admission for the Institute Level seats strictly as per the Inter-se-Merit of the candidates who have applied to the Institution.
