Certificate Distribution Ceremony of Maharashtra Educational Society’s HK Institute of Management Studies & Research & College of Pharmacy

Maharashtra Educational Society’s H.K Institute of Management Studies & Research, Mumbai celebrated its 11th Certificate Distribution Ceremony on 2ND July 2022, along with HK College of Pharmacy for the graduating batches 2018-2020 & 2019-2021. The Convocation Ceremony was convened in Late. Prof Javed Khan’s Convention Centre. As a part of the convocation, degree certificates of Master of Management Studies and Pharmacy Students were distributed.

The Convocation began with the grand academic procession walking down through the pathway towards the auditorium followed by the Guests. The occasion was exalted by the Guests of Honour Mr. Shirish Belapure, Senior technical advisor at Indian Pharmaceutical Alliance and Dr. Azeem J. Khan- Treasurer of Maharashtra Educational Society, Dr. Govind Shinde Director of HKIMSR (H. K Institute of Management Studies and Research) and Dr M.N. Saraf -Principal of HKCP (HK college of Pharmacy).

The introductory part was handled by Ms. Neha Sharma, Marketing Professor, HKIMSR with warm wishes for the bright and shining future of the students, and to have a beautiful journey of their career. It started with illuminating lamps and sounding of bell, embarking the ceremony by introducing & felicitating the guests.

The session started with the enlightening words of Guest Speaker, Mr. Shirish Belapure under the matter of that success is defined by us only. Success can vary from people to people. For some person, achieving good position in society is success, for some it may be being rich and hence success can be defined based on one’s own perception
The ceremony was proceeded with the valuable experience of Dr Azeem Javed Khan, wherein he addressed the audience with his words on the power of learning, he stated, that is not always beneficial to learn all the time but sometimes it is very helpful. One should be curious to learn.

There is a lesson in whatever happens, the conclusion is what you learn. He enlightened the significance of having Passion in life. Further quoted best example of Bollywood movie “Naya Daur”, where he stated that life is incomplete without passion, it is essential to have it in every aspect of whether it is personal or professional to achieve the zeal of satisfaction and dreams.
Dr. Saraf, Principal of Pharmacy College addressed the students that positive actions combined with positive thinking will result in success and success is the journey and not the destination. Hence hard work should be continued throughout the life.

Dr. Govind Shinde. He gave success mantra to follow three ‘W’ in life to students i.e. WILL, WORK AND WAIT. He further added in explaining how the person should have strong WILL to do anything in life he wants to do, also strong desire to achieve the goal of life. He inscribed the audience in the field of strong determination and how it can lead you to the path of success.

Dr. Azeem J Khan, Mr. Shirish Belapure & Dr. Govind Shinde were called upon to confer upon the certificates to graduating students of HKIMSR. Dr. Azeem J Khan, Mr. Shirish Belapure & Dr.M. N Saraf were called upon to award the certificates to graduating students of HKCP.

The Oath was solemnised by Mrs. Madhuri Pawar & finally, Ms. Samreen Khan concluded the session with vote of thanks mentioning her sincere gratitude on behalf of Management to each and every one including students, faculty & alumni members. The entire auditorium stood up and paid respect to oath ceremony followed by National Anthem.
Throughout the ceremony, the sense of pride and achievement was discernible amongst the students, their families and the faculty and staff of the Institute. The Convocation Ceremony ended with the ray of hope and joy that is sure to inspire the students in the years ahead.
