The majority of first-year students had trouble choosing on a specialization, thus the institute planned a guest lecture called “Collaborate your Future” for them on August 20, 2022. The invited speaker, Mr. Mubin Hussain, elaborated on how specialization will determine which jobs will be qualified for in the future. By selecting the appropriate specialization, he recommended students to position themselves as deserving candidates. He then talked about how choosing a specialization that candidates are interested in will help them appreciate learning more about it. While some people think analytically, others could think more creatively. He also talked about how the abilities and aptitude required for an MBA specialization align. When deciding on the best MBA specialization, it is crucial for students to consider their actual career goals and professional development into account. They should consider the future before choosing your field of specialization. He explained them about job ambitions and where they should envision themselves in the following five years. He encouraged them to think critically about their goals before considering the course you want your career to go. Having a set goal in the mind can help to decide individuals’ sphere of interest.
